Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
This policy explains how AnatoArc ("AnatoArc," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit anatoarc.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your company, role, project details and attached files.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of each visit.
- Third-party content. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may stream video from a third-party content delivery network. These providers receive your IP address and browser information when those files load, under their own privacy policies.
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and communicate about projects
- To deliver, revise and support the work we are engaged to produce
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
Client materials and health information
Scripts, references, data and other materials you share for a project are used only to produce that project and are kept confidential, subject to any written agreement between us. Our work does not require patient-identifiable information. Please do not send protected health information (PHI) or other personal medical records to AnatoArc.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as web hosting, email and production tools, who may use it only to provide those services
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred
Retention
We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business obligations, then delete or securely archive them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing will@anatoarc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
